Why are Elders/Seniors being targeted?
What is causing this alarming epidemic trend?
Predators, Scammers and Unscrupulous lawyers realize that tricking Elders/Seniors is very easy. Our aging population are more vulnerable as they are more trusting, susceptible to trickery and are less likely to fight or report the scams. The authorities and courts are not up to date with latest scams and are less likely to investigate nor prosecute financial abuse cases. They prefer to deflect these cases to Civil lawyers whom are more interested in $5,000-$10,000 + retainers and additional inflated billings rather than recovering the Elders/Seniors stolen funds or property.
What can we do about it?
Establish an Elder Senior Court as soon as possible in every Courthouse Nationwide.

With over 50,000,000 Elders living in the United States of which 1 in 5 are Financially abused, exploited and defrauded that is over 10,000,000 annual victims. Now, more than ever, our Elders need a dedicated court room with a specially trained Judge and staff to properly handle cases that involve Elders and Seniors to insure that all of their rights are enforced and that they are protected from predators who use the courts to take further advantage of the elders such as fake deeds, fraudulent arbitrations, identity theft and much more.
